Sigma Range

Sigma is a range of liquid Nitrogen cooled, HALT/HASS chambers specifically designed to interface with a multi axis pneumatic vibration table.

Sigma chambers are of an energy efficient, robust design able to withstand the rapid temperature cycling of the test item, which is introduced to cause different rates of expansion and contraction in the various components of the test item, thereby imparting stress and causing premature failures to improve long term reliability of the product under test.

The chamber is interfaced with a patented vibration table offering high energy, broad band random vibration with six degrees of freedom.

Combining the two environments provides the most effective method of improving product reliability and reducing field failure costs. Vibration can be input during pre selected temperature ramps or dwells or independently.

Xess Range

The Xess range of liquid Nitrogen cooled test chambers are of an energy efficient, robust design able to withstand the rapid temperature cycling requirements of test procedures such as ESS, HALT HASS, HARASS and HAST, which are implemented to cause different rates of expansion and contraction in the various test components, thereby imparting stress and promoting premature failures to improve long term reliability.

High velocity airflow delivered uniformly throughout the chamber working space enables rapid air temperature change and also assists rapid temperature change in the test item.
